“Sunday Breakfast…”

I was going to make Roger’s Omelette Soufflé this morning, but then did not get around to it, so we had a very simple meal. The weather is gorgrous, the front and back door are both open, and this afternoon we are going to put some of the screens back into the windows, so we can have a cool breeze float through the house. I am going to do the Soufflé one day soon however. It just looks too fantastic!
