“Way down upon the Suwannee River…”

20140203_5022nikhdrweb Actually not quite – this is looking from the little park behind our house towards the Suwannee River Delta. Although I thought we were done with fog, we had some more this afternoon. This morning started out bright and sunny, but then when the tide rolled in the cool water ‘collided’ with the warm air and we had some nice fog swirling about. This is not really a fog picture, but it shows the the quite beauty of the Gulf marshes – I decided to leave the colors in the image to better show the impressive wall of fog on the horizon. As I walked back home, the fog did roll in.
