“Into The Sun…”

20131024_4337nikweb With the arrival of the cold front yesterday, it was a bone chilling 58 degrees F [14.5 C] outside [no snickering allowed!], accompanied by a brisk northeasterly wind, which made my bicycle ride out, against the wind, a bit of a challenge. The reward came, of course, on the way back. I did stop on the No. 4 bridge again to make this photograph. With the heavier cloud cover, I was able to photograph directly into the sun. The scenery did not look quite as dramatic as the photo, but it sure felt that way.

  1. I feel your pain. I was right there with you fighting the head wind on my bicycle. It was nice not to be sweating bullets though!!!
