There is almost always something of interest to photograph when I am walking around at home. Sometimes it can be a bit schmaltzy like this ‘near sunset’ photo. I just could not resist those spectacular layers of clouds. In the winter time tourists congregate on the little beach to the right, almost out of the frame here, to watch the sunset à la Key West. There is a motel, again out of sight on the right, and it it amusing to see the crowds outside gathering to see the sunset, and then look into the motel windows and see many of the occupants with their back to the windows and the view, starring at their TV.
